Am I correct in understanding that Links 2.0 has been replaced by Links SQL and there will be no further releases of Links 2.0 (i.e. Links 2.01, releases for bugs, etc)?

I am having problems with Links with a new version of perl and am contemplating that now might be the time to migrate away. I really like the product, butI simply cannot afford the SQL version for what really amounts to a glorified bookmark service for myself.

I'm curious:
What version of Perl is causing problems?
What problems?

That is correct in many ways...Gossamer Threads is concentrating on MySQL/Perl products, including LINKS SQL, MySQLMan, and DBMAN SQL. The flat file systems are on their back burner. They may, but not likely, develop the flat file systems further in the future.
