For the newsletter, tags like <%ContactName%> are available. Where can I find a list of them?

Look no further that your admin program. Load up your newsletter template in the template editor. You can use any global tag (ie. db_cgi_url) and any field from links.db database. Clicking on the link at the top of the page "Template Help and Codes you can use!" will tell you what other tags are available depending on what template is currently loaded for editing.
