Rename Admin.cgi
I have just protected my dir /admin , with .htaccess .
Can I now rename Admin.cgi for security ?

Yes, you can change the name of admin.cgi. But remember to change this line in the links.cfg file:
$db_script_url = $db_dir_url . "/yournewname.cgi"; # Admin script.
