submitworld.com does spam too
the message is already in the subject line for all those who fight against spamming with tons of URL's.

I wonder if there isn't a cure, anyone with a real perfect solution?????

This has been discussed so many times and it is getting quite irritating having to respond to the same question over and over. In fact it was only just discussed about a day or two ago, so if you wouldn't mind SEARCHING first they we would be most grateful!

Press the SEARCH link and type in the word SPAM and select the option for results from more than a year old and I GUARANTEE you will find tons of threads.

I appreciate that you wish to find a solution to this problem but starting a new thread without doing a decent search is just frustrating on our part.

Yes...solutions have already been posted in the support forums quite a few times. All the suggestions posted in the German Spammers Thread will reduce the amount of auto-submission.

If you're so worried about auto-submission, you should highly considering using Links SQL with its built-in User management system that forces users to register a user account before submitting web sites.

Also, Paul has already repeated advice given in other Threads in your DUPLICATE Thread in the Discussion Forum.

Eliot Lee

what i don't exactly understand is why you do answer to my questions if you are so fed up with such?
Try to understand that some users are simply not as good and familiar with the whole thing as you are, but thanks for the hint with the search function, i'll try that since i can't get a direct info (i have to currently access the net via internet cafe ergo time to search around for the right answer is extremly costly).
See, sometimes there is indeed a reason why someone tries to get a direct answer to a question.
Sincerely
Rudolf

Hmmm lets have a think about what you just said.....so you are paying for Internet access in a cafe so you ask for a direct answer to save you time and money. Fair enough one would think. WRONG!!!!! - I'm not sure what your concept of TIME is but you would sure as hell get a quicker answer by SEARCHING rather than POSTING and WAITING for a response. Maybe you should think about your argument next time.

The reason we reply is to stop tons of redundant and useless threads being started, just like the duplicate ones you have made Wink

just to let you know, i did right now a search for "spam" within the past 6 months,
you know what came up????
Nothing but our little thread, that's all, nothing usefull, nip, zilch, zero, nillusbillus!!!!
So now you know why questions are asked directly (besides the fact that we are all just individual humans with problems we like to ask straight and find an answer straight.
Answers like you or Antrorules usually give seem to have only one goal, to scare people off trying to find answers, never actually giving any answers, just making them post more questions or simply give up, that isn't very supportive, if you don't want to help you might as well not reply to anything.
Sincerely
Rudolf

Or you could also always read your own duplicate post which you posted in this same forum only a week or so before:
