Where do I go to change the Links 2.0 directory results from being Center justified to globally being Left Justified?

If you mean the category layout...sub site_html_print_cat routine in the site_html_templates.pl as mentioned quite a few times in the Links 2.0 forums.

I don't have site_html_templates.pl as an option in Edit Templates on the Admin panel. Should it be an option there, or is the only way to get to being on my machine and then FTP it to the site?

Uh...you open the site_html_templates.pl FILE!!! Then edit the HTML codes in the $output statement in the above mentioned SUBROUTINE!
THERE is NO category LAYOUT template file out-of-box!
