Hypermart does not allow Links

Hypermart does not allow Links
Hey, I just contacted Hypermart regarding Links 2.0 and they responded:

"Unfortunately, we do not allow this script on our servers, as it does overuse our CGI resources."

Does anyone else use Links 2.0 on Hypermart, or has anyone had their accounts terminated as a result?

Have you taken the time to search the Web for free web cgi hosting companies???

Try the following web site:

http://www.hostglobal.com/

(Uses Links BTW...and is linked in the Resource Center.)

I searched for Free and I got tons of results...check it out for yourself....

Hello,
I have links 2.0 set up on Hypermart successfully.
They have not deleted my account yet.
View it at:

Just thought you would like to know that someone has it working on Hypermart.

Regards,
Hobbes

Jerry (widgetz) tested Links on Hypermart at one time and his account was terminated after a while.

That is not the point. The fact is that it is against the policy of many free hosts and some paid hosts to use programs like Links, and they will cancel your account when and if they see fit, and for any reason. Best to not let you database to even reach it's limit as by then it will definitly hog resources by that time.

HI.

Long time ago i hosted my pages on a free server called cybercities.

Its great because its free, you can install cgi scripts, and the best of all was that THAT YOUR SITE IS FREE OF ADVERTISMENT, also you are allow to ADD YOUR OWN ADVERTISMENT BANNERS.

Im not sure if it is still working because now i have my own domain but the check it for yourself.
