No space for "validate""delete"

No space for "validate""delete"
I am trying to validate about 400 submissions. But when I click validate button, I only get sections upto Duplicate Check and no further space. Consequently, I can not validate or delete any sites submitted.

Delete some of your BACKUP files. Look in the README file for the location of where the BACKUP files are stored.

This has been addressed before...please search the forums before posting.
