Sorry about asking this questin in there, but I don't know where else I should ask!

I'm looking for free (for non commercial sites free) script for classified ads, but I can't find one that has all features I want in! (Perhabs I must write one myself! )

Features I want to have are:

- anonymous emails <---- important
- experirate of old messages
- user should have possibility for deleting and editing his ad
- admin can delete and edit ads
- multiple ad-categories
- customiceable look
- alowing payed ads
- (perhabs userregistration like for this board)

I know it's very much, what I want for free, but I'm only a student with less sponsors, so I must pay for it myself!

If theres no script out like I want for free, I would glade if someone helps me to program one! I would set it under GPL! But I'm relativly new to perl and CGI and would like some advices!

Try http://www.cgi-resources.com
They have a lot of scripts, you'll have to check them all out and see what features they offer. Some of them are free, but most of the free ones don't have the upper end features. Some of them also offer themselves free to not for profit websites (some do).

With some customization, both LINKS and DBMAN can be used to create Classified Ads. There are some Topics posted in this forum regarding the use of LINKS for Classified Ads.

I've looked at cgi-resoures, and some other places, but most free scripts are very basic, and the good script aren't very cheap!

Try Bannerfusion at bannerfusion.com. It's free, I believe, and it's open source.

Sorry, BannerFusion is a very good programm, but it's NO programm for classified ads!
