I desperatly need some help setting this program up,I am fairly new to website design and I know absolutly no html or how to upload a site let alone use cgi.Can anyone help? I'm willing to pay!

read the readme.txt it's pretty simple to install by yourself. Eventually you'll have to learn anyways if you're doing your site by yourself, unless you're gonna pay some one to up-keep your site too. then hehe nothing to worry about.
1.) if you don't know how to ftp your files then ask your hosting company or dial up access folks you're paying them so they should give you some kind of service. the freebie sites normally have simple FAQ information areas to help
2.) if you can ftp then you should be able to install this script by yourself.
if you have questions after uploading please feel free to ask somebody will normally come to your resuce
