Help needed badly
I am being harrased by a smut-provider!
I've asked them several times to stop sending sex-links to my Links section but they seem to enjoy it. (Or more likely? The contact email is fake or pointed to /dev/null or something like that).

Is there a way of blocking the [bleep!] from sending any more of their filth to Links?

Try the most simple modification Wink Rename add.cgi to something else, like addlink.cgi. Then just change references to it in the templates, and links.cfg.

OK thanks guys.
This German spammer has, as it looks, got the habit of actually visiting the site (referer is the legit page). Would the referer ban work here (HOST is t-dialin.net - which is what I'd liked blocked).

Previous spammers actually stoped when asked but this f***head apparently enjoys it and sends me more (I got 5 just after sending a mail to him to stop.)

Yeah, you could do that, or you could add keywords that can not be in the description, title or whatever. I think Paul posted a bit of code for this literally a couple of days ago. I don't have time to look for it now, but you may want to, or Paul may want to show you where it is Wink

Problem I can't find this in add.cgi

" if ($status eq "ok")
"

Forget it. It was Gedit search that didn't find it. I did.
