Has anyone seen this error before?
And if so, were you able to determine
the problem?
Error Message : Error [search.cgi]: Unable to flock search log file. Reason: Bad file number
Script Location : search.cgi
Perl Version : 5.00503

I saw this awhile back...if you are using the keylogger script, you need to change the flock number in that script to a lower number.

And make sure that you have the $db_use_flock variable in the links.cfg file set to 1.
