I'm experiancing a strange problem, when i try to edit a template, or a mass mail message, the backspace key causes the browser to go back, and the delete key just won't work. Any suggestions?

OK, first off, if I was in the middle of typing a message, the cursor WOULD be in the text area, This is the only script that it has ever happened on. I guess i'm left to figure it out for myself... gee thanks

The only other problem I can see is that if you have set maxlength attributes for your field that you might not be able to type anymore. HOWEVER, that would not preclude you from deleting text using the delete key or backspace key.

Sounds like a problem with your keyboard. Backspace and delete keys should work in the text boxes.

I don't mean to sound rude, but if it was a problem with my keyboard, i would know it. That was the first thing i checked BEFORE i asked.

Well, it is not an error with the script.

Make sure that you have the cursor in the text boxes before using the keys.
