I know, I know, it's in the Forum already. I can't find it.

I get lost in the discussion of the three levels of "new."

I have just a simple question. Where do I need to put the URL's of a GIF for "New" and a GIF for "Popular" so that all the templates place the GIF's instead of writing the words?

I'm sorry to have to ask, and yes, Eliot I have looked in the Forum But I couldn't find it.

BTW: There is also a Three Graphics New Mod in the Resource Center...the first place to check for mod ideas before posting questions in the Support Forums.

I found the above Topic in less than two minutes using the following search criteria:

new pop image icon

in both the LINKS MODIFICATION FORUM and LINKS DISCUSSION FORUM and LINKS INSTALLATION FORUM

Thanks. Once again you have come through. I read the Three Graphics New Mod in the Resource Center. But knew there was a simpler way to JUST add the graphics on the Forum. I even got as far as knowing what to change but didn't know what files they were in. So, thanks.

By the way, you know all the Mods and Hacks. What are some of your personal favorites?

I've checked out your site and you have done amazing things with Links. Especially with the frames and the choices. You fit a lot into that tiny top frame.

Thank you...I have installed over 40 Official Mods, 20 code hacks, and about 10 custom hacks (not for public release...EVER) over the past 11 months ---> hint ---> hint....It takes awhile to customize your LINKS directory to do what you want. Expecting overnight success is NOT the key to success.



The frames you are referring to were provided by Widgetz in the Frameset Mod Topic in the MODIFICATION FORUM.
