How can I add a field that would input a different page depending on the subject? what I want to do is when you go into category it will display conent to that category then under the content have the links. I don't care if in the admin, I have to tell it what file to add when I create new categories.

Do you mean multiple templates for Category Pages???

Two suggestions:

1) Use different header and footer files for each category.
2) Use the Multiple Category Templates Mod, which used to be linked in the Resource Center and codes for this Mod have been posted in this Forum more than once...search for Bobsie Multiple Category Templates.
