I'd appreciate any assistance with this. I'm trying to write two of the links fields (ID and Title) to a seperate .txt file upon validation.....(important: must be before the build). I'd also like to have that same line deleted if the link is deleted. Any input would be great...Thanks!

As a starting point...look at the sub build_index routine in the nph-build.cgi...this sub could be hacked and referenced in the sub validate_record routine in the db_utils.pl file.
