I'm sure I'm missing something very simple here...
I want to change the number of ratings from 10 to 5 to be considered for the top rated page. I found the place to edit for the What's cool sites list, but can't seem to find the edit for the top rated. Any ideas??

I tried that yesterday but after the rebuild it seemed to only effect the What's cool section. The Top Rated was still only registering sites with 10 votes.

I think you need to edit the build_rate_page sub in nph-build.cgi

Change:

next if ($votes < 10);

to

next if ($votes < 5);
