I installed both the ratings mod which makes the stars appear next to the links name :
http://www.asan.com/users/phoenix/mod-ratings.html

and review.cgi. (which worked fine)

But the average rating is not appearing anymore under review.cgi.

I tried to replace average with rate_img but it didn't work.

Widgetz re-wrote the rating image mod for review.cgi. In addition to being significantly smaller, it requires that the graphics be named 1.gif, 2.gif, etc instead of 01.gif, 02.gif... this may be the cause of your error.
