Let's say your Editor's Pick is on a scale from 1-10... instead of yes/no, I'd make the isPick field hold the actual score, and then call the appropriate Editor's Pick graphic with <%isPick%>.gif... if your Editor's pick is binary (either it is or it isn't), you can go with yes/no or 1/0... doesn't really matter.
