im using this banner script on my .html pages and it worked perfectly. But when i tried putting it indside add.html template.. there was no banner display when i executed add.cgi to add links. is it possible to execute a cgi within the cgi script?

Could you be a bit more specific? There are some wonderful people, with lots of experience on this board, but it helps to give specific details.
Are you trying to call a .cgi program directly or are you trying to use SSI?

Um ..Try the Banner program Show and Tell it works perfectly with links2 and you can use ssi on you normal temps and html on your add, modify and search temps..tis a wonderful lil program.. you can find the site on.. htpp://www.cgi-resources.com.
