Links Time instead of Server Time.

Links Time instead of Server Time.
Is there any modification to change Links Time instead of using the Server Time?

I would like to set Links Time running 8 hours more than Server Time.

Eliot used to provide a code allowing you to change the time zone displayed by Links. However, that code is no longer available.
