Hi,

It should just be a matter of adding the catch all into the Incoming Email setup.

What problems did you have?

i did that but when i send an e-mail using the domain hosted on another server it returns however when i send an e-mail from the new domain i get it.
what do they have to do on their part if they are hosted on a shared server?

Hi,

When you say "it returns", do you mean bounced? If so, what did the bounce say?

Hi,

We need more details to be able to help. What exactly are your incoming options, what message are you sending and with what headers, and how are you sending it? What exactly is the bounce you get back (including headers).
