There were various template changes, nothing major. You could get away with not upgrading your templates if you're coming from 2.2.3 (though of course it's recommended you do, just to make any future updating less work).

Thanks for the response Adrian.
Is it recommended that I update all of the templates? Or can I get away with updating only those that were changed? If yes to the latter, will you provide a list of templates to update?

Look at the template diffs located in the admin => Templates. If you're doing things right and you've just been modifying the brewt and nessa templates (keeping their names), then updating them will just be looking at the diffs and the templates that you've modified and merging the changes into your modified templates.
