disable user options
I would like to disable (remove) options at the user templates,
but I need access to this options for the administrator.

Just remove the link to the options from the templates, and the users won't be able to access them.

As for the admin side, I'm not sure how you'd do that.

Hi,

You could have a separate template set for the admin user, and have your users use ones you have edited.

If I see it right there is only access to the user-options when loged in the user account.

How can the admin login as a user and has the "admin-template" .

I think the admin should have the possibility to check and set the rights off all user options, or the admin has a link in the admin-section to login as the user and has a defined template. In this case I only need to have different templates, for user and admin.

Removing rights as a user option would be difficult, as it adds a lot of complexity to the template (or you lose the ability to customize it).

You could make an admin template set that only the admin can use and add your functions there.

I think I know what you mean. A "secret" template-set, only known by the admin. Ok, that would run, but itīs very uncomfortable to switch from admin-panel to templates and login as a "user" to the templates to make changings.

Why does the admin donīt have the possibility to edit the user options and settings from the admin panel?

Can you add this in a future release?
