What version are you using? There were a few improvements in the 2.2.4 autoreply/bounce code to not autoreply/bounce certain e-mails. If you are using 2.2.4, can you post (or send me) the headers of the e-mail?

I shall pm the headers of the next mail that is recd from them. One of gm user has ar on and has subscribed to their list and ar's que up. In general, would it also be a safe practise of not sending out ar to root@somedomain.tld (some lists have this), as also for do_not_reply@somedomain.tld etc?
