Hi,
I have just found an email in the undeliverables that was meant for me, but with my name spelt wrong. I thought I'd just forward the email onto myself (my account doesn't go through the webmail system), but I couldn't find a way to do it. I can transfer the mail to another user on the service, but not anywhere "outside" the service.
So as for a new feature you could do one of two things that I can think of.
1. Implement the ability to enter a full address to forward a piece of undelivered mail to.
2. Implement an "admin" mailbox back end, that acts like a normal webmail account with all the features, but is only accessible to the admin through the admin interface. (or something along those lines).
What do you think?
Regan.
