I have two important questions regarding internationalization of GMail.
First - How to set the default charset via admin site?
Second - you've added timezone feature, but only for the admin and it is not customizable by users. It is a common problem - people live in different time zones and sometimes it is confusing to receive email with date in the future. Let users to edit their time zone like it is in Net@ddress and even in WWWThreads.
