Changing "Max Addressees" on a user by user basis, not globally?

Changing "Max Addressees" on a user by user basis, not globally?
Is it possible to add a field in admin, so I can change a user's "Max Addresses"? Currently there's only the option to set it globally. The reason is I get a lot of spammers signing up, so I've limited how many addresses a user can cc an email to. I want to be able to give trusted users more. In addition to "Max Emails per Day" and "Max Addressees", I think it'd be useful to have the option of limiting the total number of emails sent per day per user. That way I wouldn't have to set my Max Addresses so low. Max Emails per Day and Max Addresses for example could be set at 50, but the total would be set at 100, so a spammer can't send 50x50 emails in one day.

Unfortunately, no the option is only globally settable. You could always add a column for this and change GMail/Compose.pm (around line 697 as well as 1014) to check for that column's value.
