As Paul mentions, this can very widely per mail server. Your best bet is to ask your ISP or whoever setup your server how to do this.

Well that is the problem ... my ISP doesn't know how to do it ...

I think they have now installed Q-Mail on my box, but they say they can't remember the command to activate a "Catch-All" account?!

They don't work provide support at weekends either ...

£150 per month + VAT - I expected better. But then I do get other benefits ...
