Catch-all mail setup

Catch-all mail setup
I have set the catch-all mail to go to say webmail@mydomain.com. So the welcome mail message to the new user will be sent by webmail@mydomain.com. What if someone sends a message at webmail@mydomain.com. Where it will go?

Any clarification would be appreciated!

Thanks.

as far as I understand...

if "webmail" isn't an account that is registered on your gossamer mail setup, then you can choose what you want done with mail sent to it in admin -> setup -> undeliverables. Here you can choose to hold onto it, delete it, bounce it - whatever. This will be the same for all other mail that is addressed to a user gossamer mail "doesn't" know about - plus a few other variations on the theme.

if you do set up a user "webmail", then it should be delivered to that mailbox in your gossamer mail setup.

i think i'm making sense - it's late here! Crazy

regan.
