Hi,

I'm just wondering if there's currently a way (or whether it could included somewhere) where the admin could set the default settings system wide for a new user with other options like;

Reply and Forward default type
Reply-To on or off
Messages to display per page.

etc etc.

I know the user can go in and override them if they wish, but I can't seem to find anywhere where the admin can set these to their preference first.
