When user is not using cookies, he can't view the next pages of message list, because on the next page link there is no sid parameter added.

This is not a bug, IMHO. Most, if not all, GT products use client cookies to allow users to continually access forms within the scripts. One thing you could suggest to GT is using session variables versus client-based cookies.
One "fix" would be to encourage your users to enable cookies in their browsers.

Thanks! This is indeed a bug, however I can't seem to replicate it. Which template set are you using? Can you replicate it on the online demo?

Hmm, strange. It is working in the demo site. Here are the links on both my test and your demo sites:
