Links Admin Opens "inside" itself

Links Admin Opens "inside" itself
Hi:

OK, probably the stupidest post yet,, but it has me stumped!

When I open admin.cgi for my site- just the regular admin screen, I should get the banner across the top, the menu on the left, and the little "blerp" in the right. However, instead of the blerp, I get a banner across the top, a second menu on the left, and the blerp.... basically, admin.cgi in the frame.

Genera;lly, a forced refresh will cure the problem, but it is a bit annoying... any ideas?

Thanx!

Dave

Hi,

either your browser doesn't understand framesets or you were not careful enough when editing admin_html.pm Wink

Alex:

Appreciate the input... I was not sure even where to start.

Using IE 5, so I doubt that is the problem...

Didn't think I had messed with Admin_HTML.pm, but I went ahead and replaced Admin_HTML.pm with the original file anyway...

Still no joy in mudville...

That's weird.

Did you look at the top frameset to see what the server is sending to the browser?

Hi Jerry/Pugdog!

Thanks for the replys

I am not sure how to check the frameset... sorry, for such a simple issue, I don't know anything about frames...

Jerry- a cache issue, so I should purge my cache?

Thanks!
