You might have more luck getting an answer in the Links SQL php forum.

Can you rephrase your question? I'm not sure what you're asking.

Ok... let me put it in different words... :)

If I am not mistaken by using page.cgi?t=templateSetName&d=1 I can allow end users to switch between different templates.. right? Now what I wanna do is the same but I am wondering it would be possible to do it using page.php?t=templateSetName&d=1 instead of cgi, as I am already phrasing .html pages as php using htaccess and serving banners using php code.. so if this function was available, then it would be a big plus..

Another example of this could be found at IndexU, If I am correct, IndexU allows users to login and change the theme (template/style/layout) of the site.

Thank you for your support.

Yes, using t=templatename works with the PHP front end.

Nope it is not working ... http://www.needscripts.com/cgi/page.php?t=default

This is what I want...

1) I am going to create 10 different template sets.
2) I will Static output as a frontend.
3) Web Surfers will have an option to change the layout of the site by using the drop down menu..

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for your support.

Hi Adrian,

I am still little confused and was wondering if you can help me out.

Please pardon my ignorance in programming language.. I was wondering if I unzip those files and start using it.. will this also work with the future upgrades of Links SQL?

Thanks for all the help.

It will be fixed in the latest release, so you won't have to worry about it.

So any idea when the fixed release will be out? I would love to implement these feature on the site.

Again thanks a lot for the helpful reply.
