I know we have an option, or at least a page, for searching reviews but how do you search reviews?

You mean search reviews from the normal search field? Or your own custom search?

If you have a lot of reviews, you could make up your own custom search from which would be specific to reviews:

Search by rating, user, helpfulness etc.

This could be acheived with a custom form and a little cgi file and/or plug-in.

Links Plugins

All I know is that packaged with the templates is a review_search_results.html template and I was just wondering where it might be used. I don't need it but want to make sure that there are no links to it before I remove it.

It is used for displaying all the reviews that come with a link, and for displaying all the reviews a user has written.

You need to keep it if you plan on using the review function as it displays the results for any given link or person that has reviews.
