What html file does subscribe.cgi brings up? How do I edit?

I found the email.html but I am just doing a test subcribing a random person. After I hit the subscribe button, the page reloads and take me to the advance search page. I am not getting any confirmation message at all. I logged back to admin area, I didn't see any new entry. I logged into my e-mail account, I didn't see any new subscribing message...?

Figured out... forgot to close the </form> tag so I couldn't see the message. Already have the e-mail listed as a test user before, so didn't add extra ones....
