There is a problem with german UMLAUTS.

When a user registered with a name which contains umlauts
there are problems to edit the link by browser-section.

For example: I need to edit the field TITLE into russian language with cyrillic letters ..... than I get the error
about foreign key, when the user has umlaut in his name.

How to avoid?
