Hello ALL, please help:

Example: Is it possible to built cat1 with yahoo's template and built cat2 with the default template at once?
If not what other options could I use? I would like to build different categories with different templates.

Create the "special_category.html" page from whatever template you like.

Go to admin > browse> your category > edit category. You will see a field called "Category Template". Enter your "special_category.html" in this field. Now that category and all below it will be drawn using that template.

If you don't want that design to cascade below that category, just enter your standard category.html into that same field in the lower sub categories.
