How do i make these pages load faster cool links and new links

Do i need to change the
Database Information Indexing Scheme
to MySQl or Internal




I just got this in my error log files
Premature end of script headers: page.cgi,

I m using mod-rewrite, does it have anything to do with it, because when I delete the .htaccess file and build manually the pages are okay althought it takes forever fo the build to show.
