Yes, use the related category option (seems like you can only set them up in the Category Browser).

Well, Cateogy Related option in Browser mode it lists the subcategory under a "Related Cateory" section in the page. But what I am trying to get is... say that I a Country "Egypt" and I want the same country to appear under to differrent regions:

Africa/Egypt
and
Middle East/Egypt@

Basically Egypt@ is a pointer to the actual Egypt that only exist under Africa so I do not have to repeat all the contents in both but I want to show as a subcat in both...
can this be done...
Thanks

Use the build_category_yahoo option with that to do that.

I tried that but all what I got is: when u click on Africa, you will see Egypt. But when you go the Middle East you still did not see it. Even I had related them in the browser section. The only thing that I see is, when you click on Africa, then click on Egypt you see in the related categories "Middle East@" .
And this still did not resolve the issue, as I want to see the category Egypt under two seprate categories.
I know I did this in Links2.0 "Related selection list" where I can select multiple category to have the category listed under.
can I still do this in links SQL.
Thanks again for your help and regards..

If I understand you correctly, you have something similar problem, like I have.

Check the following thread, too:

Well! almost the same. I just want a pointer to the acutal category from a different category.
So, Egypt is a subcategory and it is part of two regions:

- Africa/Egypt (the actual location of the subcategory)
and
- Middle East/Egypt@ (a pointer to the actual category --> Africa/Egypt)

Is like what yahoo does....
Any idea ... thanks

You set up the relation incorrectly. You need to browse to Middle East, then click on Related and then select Egypt.

Adrian suggested you the build_category_yahoo option.
This does what you want.
