UK mailing list regulations.
Regulations regarding the use of mailing lists in the UK require the following:

Quote:

Unsubscribe functions are a legal requirement.

Ethical e-mail promotions will have a clearly defined unsubscribe function, enabling recipients to be removed from a mailing list with minimal effort. This requires no more than two clicks; one from the e-mail to the unsubscribe landing page, which should then automatically populate a form with the recipient's details, ready for submission.

Is there a URL that can be entered into GT newsletters to allow unsubscribe to function in this manner?

Thanks in advance for your help

Should be able to use this in your outward going emails;

http://www.yoursite.com/cgi-bin/subscribe.cgi?action=unsubscribe&email=<%Email%>

Have used the code as you suggested

Quote:

http://www.yoursite.com/cgi-bin/subscribe.cgi?action=unsubscribe&email=<%Email%>

but when the emails are received the code is changed to

http://www.yoursite.com/cgi-bin/subscribe.cgi?action=unsubscribeemail=<%Email%>

missing the ? between unsubscribe and email. Does anyone know why this is happening and is there a solution to stop it?

Thanks
