We have two questions about modifying a link.

1- When a link is modified and the admin has to review it first before its final.. if the admin select delete will that reverse the changes or delete the whole link?

2- And is there a way to make adding a link requires username but modify a link does not. So anyone can send an update to the listing and the admin will have to approve it first.

If the admin deletes a link it stays the same, your only deleting the modification.

Anyone know the answerr to the second question please?

We have certain links that we want general public to be able to modify. At the same time we still want people to be signed up to add all links and be signed up to modify other links beside these once..

We have flagged these links in the database witha field called CanModify (enum yes or no).
