Install "quirks" on other systesm

Here are a few things you might want to look at.

1) I use solaris. I have the uparrow buffer enabled in my shell (readln support?). It doesn't work in the install.cgi. I tried it on a BSD 6.0.0 (??) system, and it did work -- and they didn't have command buffer support enabled. (sort of backwards -- if it's on, it goes off, if it's off it turns on?)

2) Also, the path names become _very_ long. Even with 132 column enabled, it would be nicer if you presented the options on 3 lines as:

Please enter the path to place the CGI files: [break]
[/usr/home/domainname.com/usr/local/etc/httpd/cgi-bin/lsql/lsqldev-2.0.0-beta4]: [break]

See what I mean?

I had to resort to a text editor and cut/paste on faith :)
