You can see that it was not in alphabetical order. Does anyone knows how to arrange it?

Ummm it's not clear what are you asking for!

In which part of the GLinks you want to arrange the links in alphabetical order?

You mean the Links in under Category?

It's in Admin panel > Setup > Build Options > build_sort_order_category

The default option is: isNew DESC,isPopular DESC,Title - this will put current new links on top followed by the most popular ones and everything sorted in alphabetical order by Title.

If you want only to sort on alphabetical order you should leave Title only.
