Ok, best I keep this on topic .

Say, I have 2 users in my Users table with the same *email* field. Not likely to happen, I know.

user_a name@abc.com
user_b name@abc.com

I then select Mail>>Selected Users and select "user_b".
In the email template, I display the username and password fields.

The constructed email contains information relating to user_a, not user_b.
So, it appears the mailing list is email-key based rather than user-key based but haven't looked into the code.
I've avoided this by filtering out any duplicate email addresses and not allowing duplicate email addresses in the Users table.
