Hi -

Double check your home.html template... did you overwrite it?

The h0ome template is fine, If I go to the home page that is static, even after a build all, it is correct.. Somehow, it seems, the dynamic pointer to the home.html template is wrong.....

Any other ideas??

Hmmm...

No, not really if your template is okay, unless you made some script modifications somewhere?

Did you notice how your static New page lists 6 new links, but your dynamic "home" page lists just 5?

Must have had a recent delete... As a matter of fact, that is the case...

Thank you for that, but I wish I could figure this thing out....

BTW, no changes to the script that would affect any of that... just changes to the BigWhat plugin...

You might try one more thing... verify you are building your static pages and your dynamic pages from the same template set... I just have a feeling this is a template-related problem.

Beyond that, I'd say put in a support request to the GT staff...

Hi Scott,

This will be a problem if your New, Cool or Detailed URL's are not inside of your root URL. i.e.:

Your root is at http://yoursite.com/directory/

and your new is at http://yoursite.com/new/

For dynamic to work, new needs to be

http://yoursite.com/directory/new/

If it's not within the root, then the parsing gets confused.

Hope that helps,

Alex

I just had this same problem. Check that you don't have a trailing slash in your Setup -> Paths and URLs -> Update others for the New page or any others.

Also, make sure the directories are normal like Alex said. My problem came up after I re-arranged where the directories were located.
