Dmoz World Category
I am currently running am import of the DMOZ rdf, and the foreign characters in the World categories aren't showing up correctly. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Hi,

Unfortunately the file is UDF-8 encoded, and requires some custom code to decode. We haven't got anything yet that is portable (i.e. pure perl), but are looking into alternatives.

Cheers,

Does the older version "content.tar.gz" work or is it UDF-8 encoded as well? I know it is older, but I may be able to use some of it...

My DMOZ_Wizard plugin has a script in it, that replaces bad UTF-8 encoded carachters, with their correct equivelants.
