Cron - Build All or Build Changed?

Cron - Build All or Build Changed?
I have a cron job currently set to Build ALL every 6 hours. Would it be better just to Build Changed or should I leave it as Build All? What difference would it make if any?

The difference would be that it will be less load on your server and would be quicker to build.

/nph-build.cgi --all

to

/nph-build.cgi --changed
