Does anyone know a fast way to do this:

Family & Personal -> Pets -> Dogs

Dogs has: Breeders & Breeding, Clubs & Organizations, Information, Services as subcategories.

I want to be able to create the same subcategories for each other breed.... there has to be a better way then re-creating them by hand for each one? This applies to most of my other categories as well some of which are way more numerous in sub-cats and could really use some kind of automated creation technique.
