Code for <%category_short%> url
Help!

Can anybody please tell me the template variable to use to get the URL for <%category_short%> which is in the category template.

<%category_short%> only gives the last sub category name without the link.

???

Thanks in advance

Thanks for your useful reply Andy.

<%Name%> gives the last sub category name but not the URL. Nevertheless it is sufficient for my website needs.

With <%Name%> I was able to replace the 'Next' text if a link had more links in its category. This was done for search engine optimization as Next/Previous doesn't really do much for the page content.

You can see the result on Travellers Grapevine.

Thanks again and Happy Xmas to you!

Hi,

Ok, so what are you trying to do - link the "URL" via "Tell a friend about Cheap Africa Accommodation" or something like that?

Using <%URL%> should do what you want - unless I'm mis-understanding you.
