Cannot change value from admin panel

Cannot change value from admin panel
Just noticed that I cannot change build_category_dynamic to ID. It keeps returning to Full_Name. Any reason that this is caused (v.3.0.4)?

You should be able to, it must not be saving the setting for some reason. If you send me admin panel access, I can take a look at it for you.

I found out that category_build_dynamic did not exist in /admin/Links/Config/Data.pm
I added it and now I can change the value from the control panel.

Also my static pages are built as index.shtml and the dynamic pages appear now as /page.cgi?g=id%2Findex.shtml;d=1 which is not necessary. Where I can get rid of the '%2Findex.shtml' part?

That's just part of the url format that the dynamic pages use. For paging index.shtml should turn into moreX.shtml.
